Everything was all right except that we could have our room hoovered atleast once during our stay.

Well located, nice staff, comfortable bed, silent despite the thin walls. Quite good price/quality for being Paris.

Seriously stinking bathroom.

Clean enough and excellent internet, although ridiculous logon procedure. Good proximity to metro, although this area was a mess in terms of construction.

On 4th floor at end of hallway. no lighting there!!! At night I could not even see the key hole and had to feel around for it. Complained to staff on Wednesday. The bulb was never replaced. no soap dish at all. I ended up storing wet soap bar in plastic cups provided. Really, this is a pretty basic bathroom accessory.

It was in a very good location. 2' on foot to metro line 1 which is the main line for tourists.

There was mold in the room. The bathroom was smelling like mold. Heating was not sufficient. Bathroom supplies (e.g., shampoo) were barely adequate. We believe that the cleaning ladies were messing with our stuff. However, nothing was stolen.

Closed to station but on Sunday the station is not open till 10 am or something. The station didn;t have elevator or escalator.so if you have big luggage that would be a problem.

The front desk people (old guy) keep asked me to buy the breakfast which I don't need to order.when I check in he offered me a room contain 1 double bed and 1 twin bed then he knew we are 2 ppl ,charged one more person fee and told me don't touch the twin bed. If I touch,I have to pay..really non sense. Other receptionist is good except him.

Nicely decorated and impeccably clean accommodation with great and unbeatable location short walk to transport, the centre of Paris and all main attractions. Perfect and outstanding breakfast with cheeses and yoghurts: D...  

nearby Metro, neat rooms with lift. breakfast was from 6:30.

you can hear another people's voice and movement, showering pretty much.

I loved lounging in the cozy game area and enjoying the peaceful small indoor terrace during my stay. The hotel also had a great coffee machine and refreshing water fountains that made things super convenient. The only downside was that our room was a bit snug, and there wasn’t much space for hanging clothes, but it didn’t really take away from the experience at all. 😊

clean and value for money, close to metro which was on a key line to the best areas ad sights. friendly/ helpful staff who were always around. secure hotel. i would have felt safe there alone.

It was functional, fantastic and with large bed.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me find parking on my first stay. Highly recommend for comfort and friendly service. I'll be back!...  

location is good as it is close to metro stations, internet connection included, reception is open all day long

breakfast is very poor, there was some problem on my bathroom which was smelling very badly, the shower was broken
